Terrance Blackwell

Terrance brings 25 years of experience in Professional Services and customer support, most recently serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Honeywell Life Sciences. In this role, he led global teams responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of Honeywell's Quality Management System, working closely with some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Before joining Valgenesis, Terrance was Vice President of Delivery and Operations at Globant, a digitally native technology services firm that helps organizations drive digital transformation. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Sabre Corporation, where he concluded his tenure as Senior Director of Delivery & Customer Care. There, he oversaw large-scale enterprise SaaS software delivery and customer support, managing teams across nine countries. Terrance holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University in Baton Rouge and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
