Nancy Cattle

Nancy started building the ValGenesis University in 2022 to add eLearning and certifications to our offerings for clients, partners, and internal audiences. Nancy has 25 years of experience working in the training field for various software companies, including 5 years with the United Nations Development Programme’s IT department in a global training capacity. Most recently she created University content for IQVIA, introducing eLearning and AI-generated (artificial intelligence) trainers for the first time. Prior to that, she created Universities in two small and growing software/tech companies and improved both content and delivery of live classes to facilitate implementations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting, and recently completed an online Valar Executive MBA degree to keep abreast of current learning technologies. Active with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), she brings technology and the best of learning trends to you via the ValGenesis University.
