Before joined ValGenesis, he steered the SME Portuguese-based company towards transformative growth and earned multiple awards for innovation, competitiveness, and excellence as a top Portuguese SME. Marcos holds an Executive MBA and has received a certification in Strategic Leadership from Dartmouth College.
