Heitor Gutierre brings over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to his current role as a Software Application Specialist at ValGenesis. He has extensive experience in Quality Systems, Data Integrity, and Laboratory Management Systems, such as SAP-QM, LIMS, and CDS-Empower, and has a strong background in chromatography techniques, including HPLC and GC.
Prior to joining ValGenesis, Heitor served as a Validation Analyst at Chiesi Brasil, where he was instrumental in implementing and managing CDS-Empower and LIMS systems. His responsibilities included developing and executing validation protocols and reports, which reinforced his expertise in compliance and efficiency. Heitor has also held roles at Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary, Janssen, where he led laboratory teams and managed laboratory systems.
In his current role at ValGenesis, Heitor is a solutions specialist for CSV/CSA, QRM, and CPV, focusing on pre-sales support, market studies, and training. His comprehensive experience in managing lab systems, coupled with his Lean certification, showcases his strategic approach to change management and operational efficiency in the life sciences industry.
